His experience spans urban infill, commercial development, residential communities, utility coordination, and site feasibility analysis.

Before founding Mahoney Engineering in 2019, Daniel spent years leading high profile projects involving entitlement strategy, civil engineering, and construction coordination throughout Central Texas. His work is grounded in understanding how development decisions made early in the process directly impact timeline, cost, infrastructure planning, and long term project performance.

Today, Daniel continues to work directly with clients throughout the life of a project, helping teams navigate complexity while keeping momentum and execution aligned.
