Mahoney Engineering provided Professional Land Surveying and Civil Engineering services to maximize parking operations for Austin Sports Center’s Cedar Park location and Austin Sports Center Sand Complex.  We provided due diligence support for property acquisition associated with adjacent properties to the site.  Once it was determined that adjacent properties were not able to be acquired, we redesigned the existing Sand Volleyball parking lot facility to maximize the parking.  Mahoney Engineering is seeking entitlements asscoiated with a site plan revision through the City of Cedar Park.  In addition, we provided coordination support with TxDOT and Cedar Park’s Transportation Department to retime the traffic lights at East Whitestone Road and Toro Grande Boulevard.
