Bryce Dierschke
Senior Engineer Associate
Bryce has 5+ years of experience in the land development market in Austin and surrounding jurisdictions. He has provided civil engineering services for new and repeat clients on a wide range of projects, including private aviation facility expansions, dense urban infill sites, multi-building industrial developments, and public utility infrastructure. His recent experience includes civil engineering and permitting support for a multi-building industrial development in the Decker Lane/Central Austin Drive area, as well as coordination and construction-phase support for the Decker General Public Lift Station, a publicly bid lift station project serving regional industrial development.
Bryce enjoys working through complex projects that require strategic thinking, clear communication, and coordination between owners, design teams, contractors, agencies, and other project stakeholders. He takes pride in helping clients understand project constraints, permitting pathways, and practical options so they can make informed decisions throughout design, entitlement, and construction. Bryce is especially focused on finding project-specific solutions that balance technical requirements, agency expectations, schedule, budget, and the client’s desired end product.
Bryce grew up in San Angelo, Texas and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2020. He interned with Mahoney Engineering in the summer of 2020 and accepted a full-time position shortly after. When not working, Bryce enjoys spending time outdoors playing golf and disc golf on the many municipal courses in Austin and the surrounding area. He also enjoys spending weekends at his family’s ranch in West Texas.
