Mahoney Engineering provided civil engineering services for three (3) industrial buildings totaling 59,580 square feet of industrial and associated office space, along with associated off-street parking facilities and water quality controls.  We prepared the consolidated site plan to the City of Austin, which included a significant floodplain study on the creek adjacent, erosion hazard zone analysis, Austin Energy design coordination. Along with the Civil engineering services we also provided Traffic Engineering services associated with trip generations entitlement calculations determining the number of trips utilized within the regional peak hour trip restrictive covenant established over the entire subdivision.  The site plan was speculative in nature and once it was significantly through the City of Austin Consolidated Site Plan process, the project was sold to Bridge Investment Group.  As a result, we withdraw our application and have begun working with Bridge Investment Group to delivery an even larger project over Colorado Crossing Block E, Lot 2 & 3.
