Building on the wealth of knowledge of the Austin Land Development market that he gained over the past twelve (12) years, Daniel started the Engineering Firm, Mahoney Engineering in the Summer of 2019. Daniel puts the client’s best interest at the forefront by being a local Engineering Firm specializing in the Austin Market.
Daniel grew up in Richardson and Highland Park, Texas and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Mississippi State University in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2007 and became a licensed engineer in the State of Texas in 2012. He moved to Austin to pursue his career in Site Civil Engineering with Bury + Partners which later rebranded to Bury and then was acquired by Stantec Consulting Services in 2016. During that period, he also worked and was mentored by late Bruce Aupperle with Aupperle Company, who specialized in Lake Austin boat dock and shoreline modification development projects.
