Mahoney Engineering provided Site Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services to amend a Planned Unit Development known as Preserve at Stone Oak to permit the use of a self-service car wash.  In addition, we obtained a Site Development Permit and a TCEQ’s Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) entitlement.  The project consisted of a 4,014-square-foot self-service car wash, vacuum stalls, and parking lot on a 1.35-acre tract of land.
