Hotel Magdalena is a boutique 89 key hotel located in the South Congress neighborhood, which opened in 2020.  Mahoney Engineering provided due diligence services to analyze the water pressure in the area to ensure adequate pressure was being delivered to the hotel.  We worked with the City of Austin Fire Department to perform a fire flow test for our engineering calculations.
