Mahoney Engineering provided due diligence support to investigate the land title for multiple tenants that might be suitable to land lease the property. Our services included a site investigation report, schematic site plan layouts, Professional Land Surveying services, and City of Sunset Valley Site Plan preparation.  After much consideration regarding impervious cover and other site constraints, the developer was able to execute a ground lease with a tenant who was going to utilize the existing site improvements and building configuration.
