Mahoney Engineering provided preliminary engineering services to evaluate expansion opportunities of an existing building recently acquired by Medinc of Texas. Medinc of Texas will provide surgical training at this new center. Mahoney Engineering analyzed the site’s existing impervious cover, detention & water quality facility and wastewater lift station to know if expanding the building would trigger additional site improvements and entitlements from the City of Austin and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
