The Whataburger development at 6301 West Parmer Lane is a 3,745 square foot restaurant with associated parking and double drive thru service lanes.  Mahoney Engineering prepared site development plans, obtain a site development permit from the City of Austin and provided construction administration through project closeout.  Additional Entitlements included LCRA encroachment agreement, TxDOT utility and driveway permits and varies legal documents associated with share improvements.
