Mahoney Engineering provided Site Civil Engineering, Professional Land Surveying, and Land Use Entitlement services.  An adjacent tract of land came available abutting the Riata Ford property.  We assisted the client in the acquisition efforts associated with the land that was owned by M & M Diesel & Auto of Manor.  Following the close of the property, we provided a detailed topographic tree, title survey, and platting to begin redesigning and expanding their current facility.  The surveys were the basis for us to rezone the project to an allowed use of Automotive Sales.  The rezoning took the property from Light commercial (C-1) to Medium Commercial (C-2).  In addition, we re-subdivided the property to be one (1) continuous tract of land that consolidated the property and address with the existing Riata Ford property.  Mahoney Engineer also worked to grandfather the existing property’s signage.
