Mahoney Engineering provided Mahoney Engineering provided Site Civil Engineering, Landscape Architectural, Photometric, and Professional Land Surveying Services.  Riata Ford needed to expand its surface loading and storage service area.  We worked with the City of Manor to expand those operations and studied the adjacent detention pond to verify if the increased impervious cover would continue to provide mitigation to avoid creating adverse effects on the downstream properties.   Mahoney Engineering obtained a zoning approval, subdivision plat recordation, and site development permit in working with the City of Manor.
