Rollingwood Town Center is a commercial office development located in Rollingwood, Texas. Mahoney Engineering prepared a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) floodplain study for the project to revise the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood zones along Eanes Creek to reflect as-built conditions. This study was based on a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) previously filed by the developer.  LOMR provided finalized FEMA floodplain mapping on January 22, 2020.
