Manor Forest is a community of condos located in East Austin, located in a hotbed of development in the overall Austin market. Mahoney Engineering prepared and submitted the site plan for a seven (7)-unit condominium development and coordinated with City of Austin staff for approval. One highlight of the project included analyzation and delineation of the 25-year and 100-year floodplains that traverse the site. Mahoney Engineering obtained a City of Austin Site Development Permit for this project.
